Not So Winter-Break DnD.
Dragons rule the city of Azerllia, a council of twenty to thirty elected dragon officers technically running it, not to mention that almost all of it is owned by dragons. In this world, dragons are generally considered acceptable members of society, and extremely powerful ones at that. On this continent, they control most of trade, due to their ability to cross the Dragon Ridge Mountains and bring back trade goods from the other side. They travel much faster than ships, and can carry more cargo, not to mention that the mountains continue to the coast, blocking sea trade. Generally a young dragon will be hired by an elder, who will later help this younger dragon get started on his own business. The dragons, being dragons, love to flaunt their wealth, so therefore this is the wealthiest, gaudiest city on the continent. However, it is not advised to steal from dragons. This city is also the holiest city of Setelli known to Phembrians, since Settelli is the goddess of the dragons (along with chaotic magic). Her grand temple and university are a center of magical learning.
